Head Of Youth Work + Mission
Do you believe in young people? Are you passionate about helping them discover and fulfil their potential? Can you lead and inspire a team of staff and volunteers to engage with marginalised and disadvantaged young people, supporting them to overcome the challenges they face?
We are looking to appoint a passionate, dynamic and creative person as Head of Youth Work and Mission, to lead and manage our youth work team and deliver our programme of intervention.
Oxygen is an award winning Christian charity working with young people of all faiths and identities. We focus particularly on those who are vulnerable due to their underachievement in education, risk of involvement in crime, struggles with poor mental health, experiencing poverty and social isolation.
