About the Event
Oxygen receives over 100 referrals per year of young people who are vulnerable and struggling to cope with life's challenges. Approximately half of these referrals come from the Richmond area, indicating a need to increase support for young people in the area.
In response to this growing demand, Oxygen, along with funding from the Richmond Foundation, are looking to recruit a dedicated team of Mentors. Our goal is to expand our reach and positively impact the lives of even more young people. These Mentors will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting individuals as they navigate a variety of challenging issues and make important life choices. By providing mentorship, we aim to empower these young individuals, helping them to develop resilience, build confidence, and make informed decisions that will shape their futures.
