thevent

thevent is a night of live, loud music run once a month featruing four bands, each playing a set of half an hour as well as a prayer tent and a team of youthworkers who question and discuss a range of issues in a variety of ways.

Band line ups are announced through MOREVENT several weeks in advance. We also take requests for songs to be played inbetween the bands our resident top DJ Pirate. Check out Oxygen's myspace

Tickets tend to sell out in advance, reserve your ticket for the next one up to two weeks before the event by visiting www.oxygen-online.org/tickets 

Finally if you are in a band and you want to play thevent you need first need to register your band at www.oxygen-online.org/bands/register/ you can then send us a demo CD or Tape along with some info on your band. We will then get our youth team to listen in and get back to you about playing.
