The MIND THE GAP. year out with Oxygen is a journey of discovery. It is one when people enter into a period in their lives when they are given a chance to discover Jesus for themsleves whilst also seeking to reveal Jesus to others. Each year, Oxygen takes on up to 10 people, usually aged 18 – 25, to come together in this MIND THE GAP adventure. They come together in times of sharing, teaching and exploration, learning to rely on God before heading out into streets, clubs and churches seeking to serve and relate to young people they meet.

| MIND THE GAP year out in Mortlake & East Sheen |
|
Oxygen has develped a new Gap Year Option and it is now open to applications. In parallel to our Kingston based MIND THE GAP scheme we are looking for 1-2 people to work alongside a Parish Youth worker and pioneer a new ministry in Mortlake and East Sheen in Richmond upon Thames, a few miles down the river from Kingston. The plan is to use the Oxygen model of church, Christian, community partnership to develop a new work that both engages and reaches out to young people in Mortlake and East Sheen. |
