Tara Rowe - Community Worker, Kingsnympton

Tara Rowe is Oxygen's community worker on the Kingsnympton Estate in North Kingston. formerly a PCSO, Tara's work focuses on encouraging young people and the wider community in line with Oxygen's other projects.
