“I Love Kingsnympton” is the name given to the Oxygen work taking place on the Kingsnympton Estate during summer 2008. The scheme, delivered over 20 hours per week for 6 weeks, has been developed to provide young people in the area, positive, creative and participative activities to engage with throughout their months off school. All activities build on Oxygen’s already good reputation and fit around the Every Child Matters outcomes. This report briefly highlights progress made in the first few weeks of the project, as well as some of the targets for the second half of the scheme.
